1, The beginning form of 24 yang style, I used to inhale up hands, exhale down hands, now I know to use hands cover the feet to active whole body's Qi and blood circulation.

2, Ye Ma Fen Zong, my new comprehension is press down hand cover the back leg's, the lift hand cover the mouth lip through Spleen channel, this is Spleen qi up and Stomach qi down, very good for adjust the digestion function.
3, Open the white crane's wings, the above hand cover, the lower hand cover the, this posture very good for gallbladder with liver health.
4, Lou Xi Ao Bu, use the above push hand cover chest, lower press hand cover the front leg's , this movement can sedate stomach fire good for heart burn problem.
5, About the "hold pipa", I used to use to cover, but now I use to cover to make a energy circle on Ht and Li meridians. This posture very good for tonify heart energy for heart health.
6. About the push back monkey movement, I used to pay attention to above hand push the lower hand's energy forward, but now I know the yang energy should be sent out through yang meridians on above hand, and the lower hand just help pull the yin energy through yin meridians from above hand back to chest. This movement with breathing will good for chest and arm yin and yang energy move balance, and very good the heart and lung system health.(Back of hand's meridians are yang meridians)
 

7. Lan Que Wei(hold bird tail), it is the same gist as "push back monkey".
 

8. My new comprehension about cloud hands is to let the Qi get through the body side meridians, which are Gallbladder and San jiao meridians's Qi will follow the circle hands movement flowing special on side of head, so, this movement is very good for migraine people to practice.
 

9. Single whip, 70% weight on bent leg, 30% weight on straight leg. With shoulder connect to feet, front hand connect to, the posture very good for kidney & Gallbladder channels energy circulation, Large intestine channel to stomach channels energy circulation, also good the bell's palsy people to practice.
 

10. Gao Tan Ma(prepare to ride horse), same gist as hold pipa.
 

11. Deng Tui(push foot), this movement very good for body balance training, even good for endocrine system balance health.
 


12. Guan er(punch ear), both hand's cover mouth (same level), good for bell's palsy facial people to practice.
 

13. Single whip down, this movement will open the straight leg's yin meridians, special on liver and kidney meridian, use the hand cover leg's will tonify kidney and liver Qi, good for lower jiao(liver & kidney) health.  
 

14. Single leg stand, above hand cover, lower hand cover, good for Parkinson people to practice body balance. 
 

15. Yu Nu Chuan Suo(lady sewing), more marital art meaning, but push hand cover Ren17, above hand cover to (back knee should push straight), good for urination channels' Qi go through, for urination health.  
 

16. Hai Di Zhen(Needle to the bottom of see), front hand thumb to from foot big toe, good for Tai Yin ( lung and Spleen) channels' Qi flowing, outside hand cover, good for Yang Ming ( large intestine and stomach) channels' Qi flowing. So it is good for stomach problem people to practice.  
 

17. Shan Tong Bei( push through shoulder), more martial arts meaning, but above hand cover through Liver channel to the same side, front hand cover the same side eyeball, good for liver Qi channel stagnation people(emotional person) to practice.  
 

18. Ban(opposite fist punch), more marital arts meaning, but, the fist should from heart go out of mouth with exhale to punch out, good for sedate heart fire, so it is good for mental health exercise.  
 

19. Lan Chui( block and straight punch), the block hand Li4 cover punch arm's, good for heart health.  
 

20. Ru Feng Si Bi(close and cover), pull back hands inhale fresh air, push forward hands exhale body's dirty air, good for breathing exercise.  
 

21. Shi Zi Shou(cross hands), prepare to finish the form, both hand same line at, good for calm down heart and mind, insomnia people can practice it.  
 

22. Shou Shi(close form), both hands press down, make whole body Qi and blood calm down, very good for high blood pressure people to practice.
